We loved this chicken recipe. The only ingredient I didn't have was the oregano, and it still tasted good! Followed the recipe and the chicken came out crispy and juicy. I used boneless / skinless breasts instead of thighs W/ skin and bone! I do wish I would've doubled the seasonings as someone else had suggested, but the meal was still delicious! To finish the meal we had the "Elsie's Baked Mac and Cheese," recipe , with green beans and rolls. Suffice it to say "YES, we will be making this again! Best part no clean-up!
