    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Line a baking tray with foil and spray with cooking spray if you prefer an easy clean-up.
    2. Arrange chicken thighs on baking tray.
    3. Combine garlic salt, onion salt, oregano, thyme, paprika and black pepper together in a small container with a lid. Close the lid and shake container until spices are thoroughly mixed. Sprinkle spice mixture liberally over chicken thighs.
    4. Bake chicken in the preheated oven until skin is crispy, thighs are no longer pink at the bone, and the juices run clear, about 1 hour.

    Note:

You can finish cooking the chicken under the grill just before serving - watch carefully as the spices burn very quickly!

Easy and delicious - even my 4 year old loved it! I didn't have oregano so used mixed herbs, I also missed the garlic salt because I didn't have any. I used double the seasoning which worked beautifully.  -  10 Jan 2018

Awesome, but I had to increase everything in order to season it properly.  -  11 Sep 2017

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I only made a few changes by adding crushed rosemary to the spice mix and using onion and garlic powders instead of salts. I added a twist or two of sea salt. I took another viewers suggestion of putting the chicken on top of onion slices. I served it with a green salad, scalloped potatoes and cranberries. Will make again and also when all the kids come for a visit. You can get a lot of thighs on a cookie sheet!  -  02 Feb 2018  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
