The omega three bears smoothie

    This smoothie was much nicer than my previous disaster. I will be having it every morning for either 1st or 2nd breakfast.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 50g oats
    • 1 tablespoon flax and/or chia seeds, or more to taste
    • 240ml whole milk
    • 1 banana
    • 2 ginger nuts, crushed
    • 1 tablespoon honey

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Grind oats and and flax/chia seeds, then transfer to blender. Add remaining ingredients. Blend until just right.
