    About this recipe: White chocolate fondue is a quick and easy dessert to make for a special occasion; serve with strawberries or fruit skewers.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 8 

    • 340g white chocolate chips
    • 120ml whipping cream, or more as needed
    • 60ml golden syrup
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Method

    1. Melt white chocolate chips, cream, syrup, butter and salt together in top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently, until smooth and glossy, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove fondue from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
