Recipe Group Selection for June 1, 2013 - I thinly sliced a crusty baguette for my sweet little tea sandwiches. They were appealing and appetizing, and everyone enjoyed them. But I have to admit, I loved this chicken salad so much, afterwards I grabbed a sub roll and filled it up. Bring it on - this was delicious!  -  01 Jun 2013  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

Scaled down recipe for two; though did increase the amount of medium yellow curry powder from an eighth to a quarter of a teaspoon. Also, added some lime salt. Served on whole wheat bread: next time may try crackers or as a wrap as the contents did spill out a little. Tasty Sunday lunch!  -  24 Feb 2019  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

Awesome. Quick. Easy. Allow the chicken to cool after cooking, just a bit, so the mayo doesn’t melt when mixing! Loved the curry taste. We used walnuts, instead, and it tasted GREAT! We ate Maui Style Potato Chips on the side with some sweet island ice tea! WINNER!  -  09 Nov 2018  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
