I did not make this recipe so I had to give it one star. There is a lot of sugar in this recipe so, as a diabetic, I know I can not go with it. Three tablespoons of sugar plus carrots is a lot. Plus, if you look at the nutritional chart the sodium is way high, for anyone. One viewer said she added maple syrup - more sugar.
