No-yeast pizza dough

    Everyone loves homemade pizza, but you don't always have time to wait for the dough to rise. Have a go making this quick pizza dough so you can enjoy pizza any day of the week!

    Serves: 8 

    • 300g plain flour
    • 80ml vegetable oil
    • 160ml milk
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • a pinch each of salt, pepper, dried basil, or other favourite herbs

    1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Knead until the dough is even and elastic.
    2. Heat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    3. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to desired thickness. Prick in several places with a fork.
    4. Place your favourite sauce and toppings on the dough and bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven.
