About this recipe:
I started making pancakes with my nan while I was little and I just really enjoy making these.
190g plain flour
2 free range eggs
butter, for frying
- Add the flour in a large bowl and then add the milk and eggs. Whisk till smooth.
- Add some butter to your pan over medium high heat, ensuring the butter covers the bottom of the pan.
- Pour a small amount of pancake batter into the pan and cook till bubbles appear on the surface and the edges are a bit dry. Flip and cook till golden.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
