250g almond butter
175g dark chocolate chips
30g chia seeds
30g milled flaxseeds
25g desiccated coconut

Combine oats, almond butter, chocolate chips, honey, chia seeds, flaxseeds and coconut in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Beat together, gradually increasing speed, until mixture no longer sticks to the centre of the paddle.
Shape mixture into 2cm balls with your hands. Place on a baking tray lined with greseproof paper.
Freeze balls until firm, about 30 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge.
