In a bowl, add all ingredients of the base and stir till smooth. Pour on a greased Swiss roll tin and bake till bubbles start to form, about 10 minutes. Remove form the oven and prick evenly with a fork all over the surface.
In a bowl add all the ingredients for the topping and distribute evenly over the base. Bake till golden brown, about 10 minutes. Let cook, then cut into squares.
