    About this recipe: It's always used in serving pepper steak or you can use in serving joints of cuts of venison.

    Ingredients

    • Butter 25g

    Method

    1. Melt the butter or heat the oil in a small pan. Add the vegetables and herbs and allow to brown . Pour of the fat. Add the wine, vinegar and pepper. Reduce by half. Add the stock and cream, simmer for 20-30 minutes.

    Tip

    Correct the seasoning before serving.
