Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, mashed
100g porridge oats
4 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
315ml almond milk
160ml water
To serve
1 handful blueberries
1 handful blackberries
1 nectarine, peeled and diced

Stir together banana, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, almond milk and water in a jar or airtight container. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight.
Place oat mixture in a saucepan and cook over gentle heat for 5 minutes. Divide between two bowls and top with blueberries, blackberries and nectarine.
