    About this recipe: This is a giant marshmallow brownie recipe and it is so light and moist and is great for any time, whether it be for the whole family or parties or Christmas.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 12 

    • 175g (6 oz) butter
    • 175g (6 oz) caster sugar
    • 3 eggs
    • 150g (5 oz) self raising flour
    • 30g (1 oz) cocoa powder
    • For the topping
    • 3 tablespoons chocolate spread
    • 1 small bag mini marshmallows

    Method
    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Heat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and beat after each addition. Mix in the flour and cocoa. Tip into a greased and lined rectangular tin.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and leave to cool.
    4. Smear the chocolate spread all over whilst it is still warm to touch.
    5. Then add the marshmallow pieces however you like them to be displayed.
