About this recipe: A typical Dutch recipe for meatballs, seasoned with nutmeg, mustard and onion. You could make them bite-size, but the Dutch usually make them as big as tennis balls. Sear the meatballs in a good amount of butter for best flavour! Serve with veggies and potatoes as a main dish. The gravy you'll get is delicious over boiled potatoes.

    • 50g butter

    1. In a large bowl, mix mince, onion, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper, mustard and nutmeg together. Form into 4 meatballs.
