Dutch meatballs

    35 min

A typical Dutch recipe for meatballs, seasoned with nutmeg, mustard and onion. You could make them bite-size, but the Dutch usually make them as big as tennis balls. Sear the meatballs in a good amount of butter for best flavour! Serve with veggies and potatoes as a main dish. The gravy you'll get is delicious over boiled potatoes.
