Pepernoten (Dutch spice biscuits)

    45 min

Pepernoten are little spiced biscuits, traditionally baked every year for December 5th, Sinterklaas. You can buy them in every grocery store around the Netherlands from September until December, but baking them at home is so much fun, the kids can help roll the dough into little balls. The smell (while baking) is amazing!
