Preheat the oven to 200 C / 180 C Fan / Gas 6.
Mix the flour, butter, sugar, eggs, bicarb and vanilla in a bowl till smooth. Divide equally between 12 cupcake cases.
Bake for 20 minutes, till golden. If a toothpick stuck in the centre comes out clean, they're ready.
When the cupcakes are cooling mix the icing sugar, cocoa powder, butter and milk till smooth. When the cupcakes are cool spread the icing on top of the cupcakes.
Cut the pretzels to look like antlers and stick two into each cupcake. Stick the mini biscuit just below the centre for a snout, two Parma Violets for eyes, and using icing as glue, stick the Smartie on the biscuit for a red nose. Use the icing as pupils in the middle of the Parma Violets.
