    Serves: 6 

    • 1 joint of pork or gammon
    • 2 (400g) tins baked beans
    • 1 (400g) tin chopped tomatoes
    • 3 peppers, one of each colour, sliced
    • 1 red onion, sliced
    • 1 brown onion, sliced
    • 2 spring onions, chopped
    • 100g mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed
    • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
    • 1 teaspoon chilli powder

    1. Cut all visible fat off meat and place in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Leave on medium heat for 6 to 8 hours. Then shred the meat and mix all together and it's ready to eat
