A savoury fried rice with fruit, vegetables and meat. The fruit gives it a nice tang and the fruit juice stops the rice being too dry.
This is a quick way of using leftover bacon, eggs and/or pork. Remember that the pineapple might be much hotter than the other ingredients when eating the fried rice. It's nice to have a little lemon juice in the apple sauce. You could also add any leftover veg, such as asparagus, diced sweet potato, potato, cauliflower, broccoli, etc.
