Tamari and fresh herb salad dressing

    Tamari, nutritional yeast and lemon juice are blended with olive oil in this tangy dressing recipe that adds some protein to salads.

    • 240ml olive oil
    • 125g nutritional yeast flakes
    • 160ml tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
    • 120ml cider vinegar
    • 120ml lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons garlic granules
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

    1. Blend olive oil, nutritional yeast, tamari, cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, basil, oregano and thyme together in a food processor or blender until dressing is smooth.
