    • 350g spaghetti
    • 8 teaspoons extra virgin organic olive oil
    • 4 teaspoons of colatura di alici (Italian fish sauce)
    • 1 handful chopped fresh parsley
    • chopped garlic, to taste
    • chopped peperoncino, to taste

    1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil over high heat. Add the spaghetti and cook till al dente, according to packet instructions.
    2. Combine the olive oil, parsley, garlic, peperoncino and the fish sauce in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
    3. Once the pasta is al dente, drain well, then transfer to the mixing bowl and toss with the sauce. Buon appetito!


    Colatura di alici is an Italian fish sauce from the Amalfi Coast, similar to the Ancient Roman garum. It can be used instead of salt to give your dishes a dynamic and delicious savoury flavor.
