Chocolate Heart Cupcakes


    These are beautiful MEDIUM cupcakes, i was that impressed with them that i am going to use this recipe for my WEDDING this year to surround the Wedding Cake

    • 200 grams self raising flour
    • 200 grams butter
    • 150 grams caster sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 25 grams cocoa powder


    1. Cream together the butter/caster sugar
    2. add the eggs one at a time and beat well
    3. add the cocoa powder/flour and mix with a hand mixer
    4. place in a pre- heated oven, middle shelf gas mark 4 electric 180 c 25 minutes
    5. FOR THE ICING, I used a ready creamed strawberry mixture and also some pre - made chocolate hearts
