salmon/pollock/cod/haddock/prawns any or a mix of them
A little rape seed oil
Pasatta or chopped tomatoes or even easier some tomato jar sauce.

a little bit of red chilli or chilli oil

Method
oven cook the fish with a little oil circa 25 min 200 degrees. Add pasatta or chopped tomatoes or even easier some tomato jar sauce. Add chopped olives, salt and pepper, herbs, maybe a little vodka, and a little bit of red chilli or chilli oil, chop some fresh toms, some fish sauce and loads of chorizo over the top, put back in the oven for about 20 min or the chorizo is starting to burn on the edges.
