Greek yoghurt raita

    Dhay or raita is a great cooling agent and it goes really well with meat and potato curries in particular. It can be made in various ways as some people will add cucumber, onions or tomatoes, however this is a simple recipe. Greek yoghurt is the key to a lovely consistency.

    • 300g Greek yoghurt
    • 1 splash milk
    • salt and black pepper
    • garam masala
    • red chilli powder
    • fresh coriander for garnish

    1. Pour yoghurt into a bowl and add a splash of milk. Stir till smooth.
    2. Add a sprinkle of salt, pepper, garam masala and chilli powder. Stir and garnish with coriander.
