Healthy yummy oats mandarin cake

    It's fast, healthy and the most important still yummy. Sounds unrealistic, but true. Just combine all the ingredients and you are done!

    • 2 whole eggs
    • 100 grams oats flour
    • 100 grams oats flakes
    • 50 ml oil
    • 200 ml honey
    • Half table spoon backing soda
    • Cinnamon (up to you)
    • 3 mandarins


    1. Make an oats flour from oats flakes (I used blender for this mission) and mix it with the flakes.
    2. Add 2 unpeeled, seed less mandarins (I cut them well) and add some zest.
    3. Mix all well and let it sit for 5 min.
    4. Grease the form with a bit of oil and put on the bottom slices of the 3rd mandarin.
    5. Leave in the preheated oven (180°C) for 30-40 min
    6. Cool. Flip. Enjoy.
