Busy days call for easy weeknight meals like this one! Thin slices of steak are quickly stir-fried with colourful vegetables and soy sauce. Add some freshly grated ginger for extra flavour.

Mum always asks me to cook this, after I tried it for my other half. She loves it. Me, not so much because it's me cooking, but I enjoy tasting the sauce that it creates. Tweaked it by using diced beef, and adding the seasoning/soy to taste. Cook the noodles in the same pan, to smother them in the sauce so you won't waste any. - 20 Mar 2018
Hubby and I both liked this. It's very easy to make and is ready in no time. I used flank steak instead of sirloin and I didn't have any green onions, but otherwise I followed the recipe as written. We both though it needed a bit of something, so after the first few bites we added some crushed chilis for a bit of heat. There are so many different ways you could make this by using different veggies and seasonings. I liked the addition of the sesame seeds.
