Yummy choccy brownie cake

    A delicious light and moist chocolate brownie cake that is easy to make

    • 3 med eggs
    • 12 oz brown sugar
    • 6 oz butter
    • 4 tbs drinking chocolate
    • 6 oz S R flour
    • 3 oz Choc chip or raisins or cherries etc


    1. Preheat oven to 170 c .
    2. Melt butter and sugar together in a pan, while beating the eggs, when me!ted pour slowly into the egg mixture and beat well .
    3. Add the sieved flour and drinking Choc and fold in carefully until thoroughly mixed, then fold in your extras, pour into greased baking tray and spread to edges. Bake in preheated oven for 30 mins approx, until top is crispy and a skewer comes out clean.
    4. Once baked leave to cool in baking tin and when cool cut into required size squares and enjoy!!!!
