Buttery paprika chicken

    Sweet and tangy, a lovely chicken dish. Very easy to prepare with just a few ingredients.

    Serves: 2 

    • 20g butter, melted
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Melt butter and stir in honey, paprika and lemon juice.
    2. Pour over the chicken and bake at 180 C / Gas 4 for 12 minutes. Baste with the sauce and cook another 12 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
    3. Serve with remaining sauce poured over and enjoy!
