    Ingredients

    • 2/3 of a medium mango
    • 1/4 of a medium pineapple
    • 5g of chia seeds
    • 250ml of water, coconut water or diluted apple juice
    • Ice (optional)

    Method

    1. Add all the ingredients to your blender
    2. Blend until smooth
