No bake Chocolate crunch

    • Half large pack digestive biscuits crushed
    • Quarter pack butter
    • 3 tablespoons golden syrup
    • 2 tablespoons. Cocoa powder
    • Half large block dark cooking chocolate


    1. Crush digestive biscuits
    2. Add cocoa and mix together
    3. Melt butter and syrup in microwave till butter melted about 30 seconds and add to biscuit & cocoa mix stir till all well mixed, tip into a foil lined round shallow cake tin and press down well, melt chocolate pour over biscuit base leave to cool and refrigerate, score and then cut into 8/10 wedges .
