    Ingredients

    • 4 Cups Self raising Flour
    • 1/2 Cup Powdered Milk
    • 2 tsp Sugar
    • 1 tsp baking Soda
    • 1 & 1/2 tsp Fast active Yeast
    • 1 & 1/2 Salt
    • 2 tbs Yogurt
    • 1 Beaten Egg
    • 2-3 tbs Melted Butter
    • 1/2 Cup Milk
    • 1/2 Cup Water
    • Sesame Seeds

    Method

    1. Mix all ingredients together and make a soft dough
    2. Cover the dough and let it sit for 4-6 hrs (preferable overnight)
    3. Make Dough Balls
    4. Set them aside for 5 mins
    5. Now roll out 1 dough ball with a rolling pin
    6. brush Rogan paste (flour mixed with milk in a paste) on the rolled out naan bread
    7. using the tip of the both hands make pattern on the naan
    8. now add sesame seeds
    9. heat a Tava Pan
    10. cook naan bread for 20 seconds on the pan
    11. then move it in a pre-heated oven (220 C) and cook untill golden (3-5 mins)
    12. now brush it with melted better and eat with your favourite meal
    13. enjoy!
