Carbonara ( easy style no fanciness)

    • 10 slices of rind less back bacon smoked or unsmoked
    • 5 eggs
    • Fistful of spaghetti
    • Milk just a drop
    • Mature grated cheese or Parmesan (optional)
    • Pinch of table salt
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • Table spoon of vegetable oil


    1. Boil a pan full of water and add the spaghetti boil for 10-15 mins or until soft
    2. Whilst cooking spaghetti fry bacon rashers in a frying pan once cooked dlicrs into roughly shaped pieces.
    3. Beat together eggs milk pepper and salt
    4. Drain spaghetti once cooked
    5. Add a table spoon of cooking oil to a wok and heat on median temperature
    6. Add spaghetti, bacon and egg mixture stirring and mixing all together like a stir fry until all the egg has turned fluffy like scrambled eggs
    7. Now your done sprinkle on preferred cheese if wanted or not if you don't this optional due to your own taste
    8. Serve and enjoy
