These potatoes are baked in the embers of a campfire. Dress them up with butter and chives or soured cream and spring onions.
Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6. Prepare packets (but skip the extra layer of foil) and transfer to a baking tray. Roast until potatoes are softened, about 45 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before opening.
