    • 6 kiwi fruits, divided
    • 100g caster sugar
    • 120ml fresh lime juice

    Method
    Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:4hr  ›  Ready in:4hr15min

    1. Cut 5 kiwi in half crosswise and scoop flesh from skins with a spoon. Blend with sugar and lime juice in a blender until pureed, about 15 seconds.
    2. Transfer to a measuring jug and pour into 6 ice pop moulds, dividing evenly.
    3. Peel remaining kiwi and thinly slice crosswise into 12 slices. Submerge 2 slices in each mould, arranging them so 1 slice presses against each of the mould's wider sides. Cover moulds, insert sticks between the slices; freeze until solid, at least 4 hours and up to 2 weeks.

    Tip:

To showcase the kiwi slices in these ice lollies, use flat rather than cylindrical moulds.

I used the free recipes at KETOCOOKBOOK (dot) ORG and lost 25 pounds of fat in a month! I’ve never lost weight so fast!! The Keto Diet really is amazing because it forces the body to always burn fat for energy — so you lose the fat and keep it off. If you’re interested in starting the Keto diet, I highly recommend using these 150 recipes. It helped me learn what ketosis is, what the Keto Diet looks like, and how to induce ketosis in your body so you start burning fat (instead of protein and carbs) for energy. Use the free recipes at KETOCOOKBOOK (dot) ORG if you’re ready to change your life and weight - it’s really a very easy (and tasty) diet to follow.  -  12 Jan 2019  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
