It's always very well received... But prepare the meat at least a full day ahead of cooking! Recipe provides about 40 pieces of marinated chicken. Quantities can be varied / multiplied.
Add some of the marinade while cooking, to build the flavours of the finished meat. Chicken can be cooked separately, or skewered with peppers, tomatoes or mushrooms.
