White Chocolate Ganache Drip


    A Ganache Drip is great thing to put on cakes! Once applying icing normaly, cover the top of the cake and make drips down the side.

    • 180g white chocolate chips
    • 80g double/whiping cream
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • food colouring (optinal)


    1. In a bowl on top of a sausepan of boiling water, melt the chocolate chips.
    2. Mix the vanilla and colouring with the boiling chocolate.
    3. Slowly add the cream until it's just runny enough to slip of the spoon. Keep heating until it's silky and lump free.
