This is a simple and cheap recipe that's always been a family favorite. My dad used to make it and now I make it and so does my sister.

Ingredients
- 1 Large White Onion
- 1 Tablespoon of Oliver Oil
- 500G of Mince Beef
- 1 Can of Heinz Oxtail Soup
- 1 Can of Heinz Baked Beans
Method
- Dice onion
- Fry onion in oil until transparent
- Add mince and fry until brown.
- Add can of oxtail soup, and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Add beans and simmer for a further 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
- Serve.
Tip
If sauce appears to be too watery add some cornflour. I find this recipe works well with a nice creamy mash potato, but I've also had it with thick cut chips.
