Kiwi banana smoothie

    This mouth-watering kiwi and banana smoothie is easy to make and great as a snack or for breakfast. It is packed with vitamin C which is good for your immune system.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 2 bananas
    • 1 kiwi fruit
    • 1/2 glass water or milk
    • 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt

    Method

    1. Wash and peel the bananas and kiwi fruit. Cut into small cubes.
    2. Put all the ingredients in the blender or smoothie maker.
    3. Blend until creamy.
    4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
