A great centrepiece at any barbeque. A no bake recipe for a cheesecake. The flavours blend so well together. The swirl of strawberry sauce  in the filling adds the strawberry flavour throughout the dish. There are so many fruits which can be used to make these cheesecake from blueberries to cherries you just have to let your imagination run wild and explore the flavour combinations which work. Delicious served with a glass of sweet white wine or bubbly prosecco or just a cup of tea.
