Measure and mix sugar, flour, butter and honey; if mixture is dry, add a little more butter, or if too wet add a bit of flour.
Roll the biscuit dough into a fat sausage shape and slice into rounds. Place on lightly buttered baking tray and brush each biscuit with an extra honey.
Bake in the preheated oven. Keep an eye on them, but they should be ready to remove after 10 to 15 minutes.
