Lebanese seven spice mix
This authentic spice mix is the secret to next-level Middle Eastern food. Actually it's a mix of 8 spices.

Makes: 225 grams
- 50g ground black pepper
- 50g ground cumin
- 50g paprika
- 25g ground coriander
- 25g ground cloves
- 10g ground nutmeg
- 10g ground cinnamon
- 5g ground cardamom

- Stir the black pepper, cumin, paprika, coriander, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom together until evenly blended. Store the spice mix in an airtight container.
