Asian noodles with salmon flakes

    In addition to beansprouts, you can add loads of vegetables to this stir fry with noodles.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
    • 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 pinch black pepper
    • 150g ready-to-wok noodles
    • 50g beansprouts
    • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
    • 110g bottled salmon flakes (available in Asian grocery stores)

    1. Put the oil into a frying pan and add the spices, salt and pepper.
    2. Add the noodles. If it is difficult to mix them in, add 1 tablespoon water. Add the beansprouts.
    3. Add the soy sauce and stir well to combine.
    4. Take off the heat and add the salmon flakes to the noodles. Serve in bowls.
