This flavourful pesto with spinach, parsley, walnuts and Parmesan cheese will spruce up any bowl of pasta and is quick and easy to make.

60g baby spinach leaves, stems removed
80g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
60g fresh parsley leaves, chopped
60g chopped walnuts
4 tablespoons water
3 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
120ml extra-virgin olive oil

Place spinach, Parmesan cheese, parsley, walnuts, water, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor; blend until well combined. Pour in oil slowly, while processor is running, until mixture forms a smooth paste.
