Pineapple kefir smoothie

    A fresh, great-tasting smoothie with the goodness of kefir. This is one of my many smoothie experiments and definitely one I'll be making again and again!

    Serves: 2 

    • 75g seedless grapes
    • 350ml apple juice
    • 350ml plain kefir
    • 1 large banana
    • 250g frozen pineapple chunks
    • 50g chopped pitted dates

    1. Combine grapes, apple juice, kefir, banana, pineapple and dates, in this order, in a blender; blend until smooth.
