A fresh, great-tasting smoothie with the goodness of kefir. This is one of my many smoothie experiments and definitely one I'll be making again and again!

Ingredients
Serves: 2
75g seedless grapes
350ml apple juice
350ml plain kefir
1 large banana
250g frozen pineapple chunks
50g chopped pitted dates
Method Prep:5min › Ready in:5min
Combine grapes, apple juice, kefir, banana, pineapple and dates, in this order, in a blender; blend until smooth.
