Strawberry kefir and mint smoothie

    If you are starting to add kefir to your diet, this strawberry mint smoothie is a great way to start.

    Serves: 2 

    • 6 ice cubes, or as needed
    • 300g strawberries, hulled
    • 120ml kefir
    • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
    • 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
    • 1 splash orange juice

    1. Combine ice cubes, strawberries, kefir, mint leaves, honey and orange juice together respectively in a blender and blend until smooth.
