40g Brazil nuts
water as needed
1 frozen banana, cut into small chunks
120ml plain kefir
50g amaranth (optional)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon honey

Pour enough water over Brazil nuts in a bowl to cover by several cms; soak in refrigerator 8 hours to overnight.
Drain Brazil nuts and place them in a blender; add banana, kefir, amaranth (if using), cocoa powder, vanilla extract and honey. Blend mixture until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
