These are tasty and relatively quick baked potatoes. Serve straight from the oven still in the oven dish to delight the diners as they look so delicious.
If you have it, add 1 teaspoon chicken salt instead of onion and garlic powder. If using chicken salt, go easy on adding more salt.
Any leftovers can be cut up and added to a salad, or used in a Spanish omelette.
