Strawberry smoothie ice lollies
Strawberries, yogurt and honey are blended and frozen in moulds to create these strawberry smoothie ice lollies!

- 8 fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoons apple juice
- 2 tablespoons honey

- Blend strawberries, yogurt, apple juice and honey in a blender until smooth.
- Pour blended mixture into ice pop moulds; freeze until solid, about 12 hours.
