    Whether you're making potatoes in any form, chicken, meat or regular sandwiches, this go-to no-cook sauce is the perfect way to complement it. Try it on your burgers as well for that extra kick.

    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
    • 1 small onions, minced
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Cheddar cheese powder
    • 1 teaspoon Mexican (Fajita) spice blend
    • 1 teaspoon Cajun spice blend
    • 1 teaspoon barbecue spice blend
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

    1. In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise and mustard until smooth. Add the onions and stir to combine. Add the spices and stir again.


    The spice blends can be found in well-assorted supermarkets. Dehydrated Cheddar cheese (Cheddar cheese powder) is available online.
