Vegan date chocolate bars

    These vegan, nut-free bars require only four ingredients and do not contain any refined sugar.

    Serves: 6 

    • 250g pitted dates
    • 100g oats
    • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
    • 50g vegan chocolate

    1. Blitz all ingrediets in a food processor or a blender until smooth. You may need to stop and start the process and scrape the sides along the way.
    2. Slam it all in a rectangular container and push down hard with the back end of a spoon so the mixture takes the form of the container. Chuck it in the fridge until hardened, about 30 minutes.
    3. Cut the block into the size you want and wrap in cling film.
