This salad is a great way to use up leftover cooked chicken and eat your greens! The tangy mayonnaise dressing is easy to whip up, too.
The recipe calls for raw broccoli, but I like to microwave about 2 minutes in a small bit of water to steam, then chill. You can omit the chicken and it makes a delicious broccoli salad.
