Shredded-Brussels sprouts with lime

    Brussels sprouts flavoured with lime juice, salt and pepper are cooked in butter in this quick and easy side dish.

    • 60g butter or olive oil
    • 450g Brussels sprouts, halved and thinly sliced (or shredded)
    • 1 lime, juiced, or more to taste
    • 1 pinch coarse sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

    1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook and stir sliced Brussels sprouts in the melted butter until tender, 6 to 8 minutes. Squeeze lime juice over sprouts and season with salt and pepper.
